The Process
Embark on our journey together with an introductory call to explore your wedding vision, preferences, and the collaborative process. During this conversation, we'll get acquainted and determine if we're the perfect match. Should we choose to proceed, I’ll provide a detailed questionnaire to learn about your unique love story, serving as the cornerstone for your bespoke ceremony.

Step 1
Should you wish for your assigned officiant to attend your rehearsal, we'd be happy to join (schedule permitting). During the rehearsal, we'll go through the entire ceremony, ensuring everything flows seamlessly on the big day. Please note that our role will be limited to rehearsing the ceremony itself, not coordinating the full event. Attendance at the rehearsal is optional and incurs an additional fee.
Step 02
We arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to review the marriage license and the IDs of the individuals getting married. When it’s time, your officiant will deliver the ceremony exactly as we planned, capturing all the emotion and passion it deserves. You’ll exchange vows, rings, and finally, become officially married. Then, the celebration begins! (Get ready for the flood of compliments about your amazing officiant.)
Step 03
Once the ceremony is over, your officiant will handle the paperwork, signing and submitting your marriage license to the appropriate court via FedEx Express, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day. Afterward, we willl send a message kindly asking for a review. If you’re happy with our service, your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Our Services
Pricing listed on this website is for wedding ceremonies within 25 miles of our office located in Downtown Nashville. Services greater than 25 miles from our office will incur a travel fee. The minimum travel fee will be $75 or $0.68 per mile roundtrip, whichever is greater.
